The primary goal of the Somerville Dog Festival is to raise funds for the Somerville Pet Food Bank, providing pet food to homeless and at-risk families throughout Eastern Massachusetts. We’ve also been able to help no-kill animal shelters, animal rescue organizations, animal assistance programs for veterans, and more! While we do receive some money from our sponsors and various activities at the festival, it is donations from people like you that make all the difference and enable us to help many great animal-related causes. If you care about animals, their people,  and how much our world and our lives are enriched by pets, we urge you to consider making a tax deductible donation today.
